Getting Started

This guide will help you get up and running with the SBM CRM Platform. The platform is accessible through two interfaces: WeChat Mini Program for customers and Web Management for administrators.

Access Methods

The SBM CRM Platform provides two ways to access the system:

1. WeChat Mini Program (Customer Access)

For customers to access the platform:

  1. Open WeChat on your mobile device
  2. Scan the QR Code provided by your organization
  3. The WeChat Mini Program will open automatically
  4. Authorize WeChat Login - Grant permissions for profile access
  5. You're now logged in and can start using the platform
First Time Users
  • If this is your first time, you'll be prompted to complete your profile
  • Link your phone number to your WeChat account for account recovery
  • Set up notification preferences to receive updates

2. Web Management (Admin Access)

For administrators to access the management interface:

  1. Navigate to the Admin URL provided by your system administrator
    • Example: https://admin.sbmcrm.example.com
  2. Enter your login credentials
    • Username/Email
    • Password
  3. Complete Two-Factor Authentication (if enabled)
  4. You'll be redirected to the Admin Dashboard

  • Use a secure password
  • Enable two-factor authentication if available
  • Never share your admin credentials

Prerequisites

For WeChat Mini Program Users

  • WeChat app installed on your mobile device
  • WeChat account (personal or business)
  • Internet connection
  • QR code from your organization

For Web Management Users

  • Access credentials provided by your administrator
  • A supported web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge - latest version recommended)
  • Internet connection
  • Admin access permissions

First Steps After Login

WeChat Mini Program Users

1. Complete Your Profile

After logging in for the first time:

  • Update Personal Information

    • Name, gender, date of birth
    • Phone number
    • Profile photo
    • Address and contact details
  • Set Preferences

    • Language preference
    • Notification settings
    • Privacy preferences

2. Explore Features

  • View Your Points Balance - Check your current loyalty points
  • Browse Rewards - See available rewards you can redeem
  • Check Your Tier - View your membership tier and benefits
  • View Campaigns - Browse active campaigns and promotions

For account security and recovery:

  1. Go to ProfileAccount Settings
  2. Tap Link Phone Number
  3. Enter your phone number
  4. Verify with SMS code
  5. Your account is now linked

Web Management Users

1. Complete Your Admin Profile

After first login:

  • Update Admin Information

    • Full name and contact details
    • Role and permissions
    • Notification preferences
  • Configure Settings

    • Dashboard preferences
    • Default views
    • Report preferences

2. Explore the Dashboard

Familiarize yourself with the main dashboard:

  • Customer Overview - View customer statistics and activity
  • Campaign Management - Access campaign creation and management
  • Analytics - Review performance metrics and reports
  • System Settings - Configure platform settings

3. Set Up Your Workspace

  • Customize Dashboard - Arrange widgets to your preference
  • Configure Notifications - Set up alerts and notifications
  • Set Up Integrations - Connect external systems if needed

Quick Start Guides

For Customers (WeChat Mini Program)

  1. Earn Your First Points

    • Make a purchase at a participating store
    • Points will be automatically credited to your account
    • View points in the Points section
  2. Redeem a Reward

    • Browse the Reward Catalog
    • Select a reward you want
    • Confirm redemption
    • Use the QR code or voucher code at the store
  3. Join a Campaign

    • Browse Active Campaigns
    • Tap to join a campaign
    • Complete campaign requirements
    • Earn rewards

For Administrators (Web Management)

  1. View Customer Profile

    • Navigate to Customers from the main menu
    • Search for a customer
    • View their complete 360° profile
  2. Create a Campaign

    • Go to CampaignsCreate Campaign
    • Fill in campaign details
    • Set target audience
    • Launch the campaign
  3. View Analytics

    • Navigate to Analytics Dashboard
    • Select date range and filters
    • Review metrics and reports

Troubleshooting

WeChat Mini Program Issues

Cannot scan QR code:

  • Ensure your WeChat app is up to date
  • Check camera permissions for WeChat
  • Try refreshing the QR code

Login fails:

  • Verify your WeChat account is active
  • Check internet connection
  • Contact support if issues persist

Cannot link phone number:

  • Verify phone number format is correct
  • Check SMS delivery
  • Ensure phone number isn't already linked to another account

Web Management Issues

Cannot access login page:

  • Verify the URL is correct
  • Check internet connection
  • Clear browser cache and cookies
  • Try a different browser

Login credentials not working:

  • Verify username/email is correct
  • Check for caps lock
  • Use password reset if needed
  • Contact administrator for account issues

Dashboard not loading:

  • Check browser console for errors
  • Verify JavaScript is enabled
  • Try refreshing the page
  • Clear browser cache
