Before Submitting

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please gather the following information:

Required Information

  • Description: Clear description of what went wrong
  • Steps to Reproduce: Detailed steps to recreate the issue
  • Expected Behavior: What should have happened
  • Actual Behavior: What actually happened
  • Environment:
    • Platform (WeChat Mini Program / Web Admin)
    • Device/OS (if applicable)
    • Browser version (if web)
    • WeChat version (if Mini Program)

Helpful Additional Information

  • Screenshots/Videos: Visual evidence of the issue
  • Error Messages: Any error messages or codes displayed
  • Console Logs: Browser console errors (for web issues)
  • User Role: Your role (Customer, Admin, Tenant, Super Admin)
  • Frequency: How often does this occur? (Always, Sometimes, Once)
  • Workaround: Any temporary solutions you've found

Bug Report Guidelines

Good Bug Report Example

Title: Points not credited after purchase completion

Description:
When completing a purchase through the WeChat Mini Program, the loyalty points
are not being credited to the customer's account even though the transaction
is successful.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open WeChat Mini Program
2. Complete a purchase transaction
3. Check points balance in profile
4. Points remain unchanged

Expected Behavior:
Points should be automatically credited based on purchase amount (1 point per 10 CNY)

Actual Behavior:
No points are added to the account after successful purchase

Environment:
- Platform: WeChat Mini Program
- Device: iPhone 14 Pro
- iOS Version: 17.2
- WeChat Version: 8.0.45
- User Role: Customer

Frequency: Always occurs

What Makes a Good Bug Report?

Clear and Concise: Easy to understand the problem
Reproducible: Steps that can be followed to recreate the issue
Complete: Includes all relevant environment and context information
Specific: Avoids vague descriptions like "it doesn't work"
Evidence: Includes screenshots, logs, or error messages

What to Avoid

❌ Vague descriptions without context
❌ Missing environment information
❌ No steps to reproduce
❌ Multiple unrelated issues in one report
❌ Assumptions about the cause without evidence

Bug Priority Guidelines

When submitting, consider the severity:

Critical (P0)

  • System crashes or data loss
  • Security vulnerabilities
  • Complete feature unavailability
  • Payment/transaction failures

High (P1)

  • Major feature malfunction
  • Significant performance degradation
  • Data corruption or incorrect calculations
  • Authentication failures

Medium (P2)

  • Minor feature issues
  • UI/UX problems
  • Non-critical errors
  • Workarounds available

Low (P3)

  • Cosmetic issues
  • Minor inconveniences
  • Enhancement suggestions
  • Documentation errors

After Submission

What Happens Next?

  1. Acknowledgment: You'll receive confirmation that your bug report was received
  2. Triage: Our team will review and prioritize the issue
  3. Assignment: The bug will be assigned to the appropriate development team
  4. Updates: You'll be notified of progress and resolution

  • Check your email for updates on the bug status
  • Log in to Jira to view the bug ticket status
  • Contact support if you need to provide additional information

Feature Requests

Have an idea for a new feature or improvement?

  • Use the same bug submission form and select "Feature Request" as the issue type
  • Include a detailed description of the feature
  • Explain the use case and benefits
  • Consider how it would fit into the existing platform

Security Issues

Security Vulnerabilities

If you discover a security vulnerability, do not submit it through the public bug form. Instead, contact your system administrator or security team immediately through secure channels.

For security-related issues:

  • Do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities
